This allows for the denaturation and bisulfite conversion steps to be consolidated into one step, leading to a much-reduced incubation time. Recovered bisulfite-converted DNA is ideal for PCR amplification for downstream analyses including endonuclease digestion, sequencing, microarrays, etc.
